We can exchange items as long as this takes place within 10 days after the parcel has been delivered. If the item you received is not your size, you can exchange it for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value. Keep in mind that you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange.  Sslowly does not provide return labels and is not responsible for third party loss of your parcel during shipping to our address in order to carry out an exchange. Reduced items cannot be exchanged or returned.
